Birthday Parties

Honey Pot Hill Orchards would love to host your child's next birthday party,   Whether it's your child's 3rd or 12th birthday, we will make sure you have a fun filled day at the orchard for your child and their friends.  You will be assisted by our party coordinator, while enjoying your own private party tent with picnic tables.  Kids will have fun in the moonbounce for the first 20 minutes and one of the options below.

Apple Party #1 - August 20 thru November 6

LITTLE FOLKS, for ages 3 thru 6

  • 1/4 peck apple picking bag
  • private hayride
  • visit the animals
  • cider donut and cup of cider
  • hedgemaze & tunnelmaze fun
  • small pumpkin

$ 285.00/15 ppl (minimum)  Additional - $8/child, $7/adult

Apple Party #2- August 20 thru November 6

GETTING OLDER!, for ages 6 thru 12

  • 1/2 peck apple picking bag
  • private hayride
  • visit the animals
  • caramel apple and cup of cider
  • hedgemaze & tunnelmaze fun(ages up to 9 only for tunnelmaze)
  • small pumpkin

$295.00/15ppl (minimum) Additional - $12/child, $10/adult

Blueberry Parties - July 16 thru August 21

for ages 3 thru 12

  • July 25 thru late August
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • private hayride
  • visit with the animals
  • hedgemaze

$185.00/15 ppl (minimum) Additional-  $7/child, $5/adult

2 hour-tent breakdown:
-30 min: guests arrive, private use of moonbounce
-30 min: haywagon takes adults and children to pick
-1 hour: celebration, lunch (if applicable), cake, clean-up, settle any outstanding balance
-Then feel free to go through our maze and visit the animals!
 

• You are responsible for providing plates, silverware, tablecloths, decorations, etc.
• The deposit covers the first 15 guests. Each child is allowed one parent for free but, any additional persons will be charged for (example: 15 children, 18 adults; 3 adults will be paid for).
• The deposit is non-refundable* and due at the time of the booking.
• Payment by cash, check or credit card
• Additional cider donuts, caramel apples and/or apple cider may be added on and will be charged for, accordingly.
• Private Party Tent, 20x20 with picnic tables.
• Weekend times 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, & 2:30.  The weekends of Sept. 22/23, 29/30 & Oct. 6/7/8 only morning times are available for parties.
• Weekday times 3:00 pm or call for other scheduling.
• *Rainy day policy, parties go on unless heavy rain is forcasted.  We will then reschudule or refund your deposit.
