About the event
Come learn how to can your favorite fruits this Labor Day! We will have an experienced canner offering a full demonstration on how to can peaches for the winter. She will take you through preparation, safety, and production of the final product!
We will be hosting this event in Lot A, across the street from the farm store. You may park in Lot A.
You do not need to bring anything for the demonstration, it will be an educational experience for you to observe and ask questions! If you would like to take notes, feel free!
We will offer more canning classes moving forward on a smaller scale, and with apples. Different recipes will be used.
