Morning Outings 

 9:30 am - 1:30 pm​

Party Agenda (4 Hours):

• 45 min: guests arrive with cider and donuts  

• 1 hour: hay wagon ride to pick apples

• 45 min:  Get lost in the hedge maze and visit the farm animals

• In the remaining time: Lunch is served (catering information is provided below)

• Carmel apples for a treat home!

Catering

Hosted through Mel and Ernie's Catering

Menu: Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Chicken, Potato Salad, Garden Salad, Watermelon, Soft Drinks and Water. 

Additional items available for an extra fee

Honey Pot will assist in coordinating catering including any dietary restrictions

Final Considerations:

​

• At the end of your outing any outstanding balance will be settled; cash, check or original credit card on file.

• You are responsible for providing plates, silverware, tablecloths, decorations, etc. Picnic tables are standard picnic table size (6' x 29").  For catered events silverware and plates are provided.

• An apple ambassador will meet with the host/hostess of your event to assist with questions and additional requests. 

• The deposit (50%) is due at the time of the booking.

• Payment by cash, check or credit card: MasterCard or VISA only.

• Additional cider donuts, caramel apples, 16 oz apple cider guzzlers and cider gallons may be added on and will be charged for, accordingly
