Party Schedule

Weekend Morning Party Times:

9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 & 11:30

Party Agenda (2 Hours):

First, 20 min: guests arrive, private use of moon bounce (20 minutes)
Next, 40 min: hay wagon ride takes children and adults to pick
Last remaining hour: celebration, lunch (if applicable), cake, clean-up, settle any outstanding balance; cash, check or original credit card on file.
Once out of the tent, feel free to go through our maze and visit the animals!

Final Considerations:

Please arrive no more than 20 minutes prior to the start of your party.
You are responsible for providing plates, silverware, tablecloths, decorations, etc. Picnic tables are standard picnic table size (6' x 29").
When inviting your guests, please have them park in LOT A, address: 138 Sudbury Rd, Stow MA and arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time as traffic around the farm is inevitable.
Our apple ambassador will meet with the host/hostess at the beginning and end of your event to assist with questions and additional requests.
The payment covers the first 15 guests. MAXIMUM OF 25 CHILDREN
The deposit (50%) is due at the time of the booking.
Payment by cash, check or credit card: MasterCard or VISA only.
Additional cider donuts, caramel apples, and cider gallons may be added on and will be charged for, accordingly.
We welcome you to bring in lunch & beverages (no alcohol) or have food delivered to your birthday tent. We can keep items cool for you, but we can not keep things warm. There is NO electricity available in any birthday tent.
Weekday party times are 3:30 pm.
Rainy day policy, parties go on unless thunderstorms are forecasted. We will then reschedule or refund your deposit.
We can not rearrange the agendas or lengths of birthday parties.
Staying late in the birthday tent is not an option. The charge is $75.00 per hour plus the charge for the birthday coordinator.
